From our first conversation to the final handover, we guide you through each stage with clarity, creativity, and precision. Our process is built on transparent communication, thoughtful collaboration, and a commitment to detail, ensuring a seamless experience and a home that truly reflects your vision, your lifestyle and your strategic goals.

PHASE 1 : NO OBLIGATION CHAT
Getting the custom home you truly want starts with a relaxed, informative conversation. We’ll discuss your projects, your goals and vision, cover the essentials, answer your questions including the ones you haven’t considered yet and explain the process.

PHASE 2 : CONSULTATION & SITE VISIT
We’ll meet you onsite to get a feel for the land, the orientation, and discuss your goals.

PHASE 3 : FEASIBILITY AND CONCEPT DESIGN
Ready to move ahead? We assess the site’s potential and develop initial design ideas to ensure the project is achievable and meets your needs.

PHASE 4 : DEVELOPMENT APPLICATION (DA) OR COMPLYING DEVELOPMENT CERTIFICATE
Depending on the nature of your project, we’ll prepare, design, and manage the submission of all required documentation for approval.

For Development Applications (DA), we liaise directly with your local council to secure the necessary planning approvals.
For eligible projects, we manage the Complying Development Certificate (CDC) process : a fast-tracked pathway that complies with state planning controls and can secure approval in as little as six weeks.

PHASE 5 : CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTATION
Our team are here to remove the guesswork from securing a certifier and creating detailed plans and specifications to guide builders and ensure accurate construction.

PHASE 6 : INTERIOR DESIGN
We design functional and visually appealing interiors, selecting materials, finishes, and layouts tailored to your preferences.

PHASE 7 : CONSTRUCTION SUPPORT
We provide ongoing support during construction to address issues and ensure the project stays on track and aligns with the design.
